TECSUN Electronic was founded in 1994, specializing in manufacturing a full range of radio products. As a radio manufacturer, the company produces Amateur (HAM) receivers, PLL (Phase-locked Loop) receivers, Multi-conversion World Receivers, DSP (Digital Signal Processing) receivers, pocket sized receivers, and Hi-fi audio systems. Over the years, TECSUN has become market leader in the radio business in China, and exports its brand and other OEM brand products throughout Asia, Europe, South and North America since 1996. Besides its focus on manufacturing, TECSUN also engages in a variety of Chinese community projects, from supporting youth’s education to providing assistance in emergency relief during national disasters.

Quality Assurance – Certification
Quality Assurance is always at the core of product development. TECSUN has an ISO 9001 Quality Standard Management established factory located within the Southern China city of Dongguan. For Quality and Safety requirements, TECSUN has successfully applied for CCC, RoHS, FCC and CE certifications for its products.

Job Training
There are over 500 employees to achieve an annual output towards 5,000,000 units. The company provides intensive and continuous job training. New employees are initially given comprehensive training prior to being allowed to work within the factory. Workers are provided with written, oral and on-the-job instructions so that responsibilities and performance standards are clearly understood. Workers are encouraged to suggest improvements to the company’s products and receive recognition when their ideas are implemented.

Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvements
Customer feedback is an import pillar of TECSUN product development, with over 35 Customer Service Centers throughout China. These service centers collect customer feedback and carry out field tests and monitor Customer Service Hotlines. TECSUN also monitors customer satisfaction through its various distributors around the world.

TECSUN incorporates its Customer Service Program into the engineering department, which allows for continuous improvements to achieve high-level products and customer satisfaction. To assure a high-quality standard throughout the production process, TECSUN has established a three-stage quality control standard: (1) Incoming Materials Quality Control, (2) Active Production Line Quality Control, and (3) Final Product Quality Assurance.
